MC220 PCMCIA Card supports all the communication functions including
access to the Internet at 56,000 bps. Complying with the industrial
standard adopted by the all the biggest Internet access providers, the
MC220 PCMCIA card is ideal for surfing on the Web. |

The MC220 is already compatible with the ITU-T V.42bis
standard. Once this standard is in effect, just connect yourself to the
COM One site (www.com1.fr) for a free update of the PC Card. |
| GSM ready : The
MC220 PCMCIA card currently offers a transmission speed of 9600 bps. It
is ready for the future GSM network upgrades: increased data rate
(higher than 9600 bps, data compression protocols dedicated to GSM (V42
bis). The MC220 PCMCIA card has already been recognized by major
manufacturers such as Motorola, Nokia and Sony. |
| ISDN ready : The
MC220 PCMCIA Card gives high-speed access to all the communication
services (128 Kbps on two channels) and is compatible with the main
ISDN standards in the world. |
| Ethernet ready : The MC220 PCMCIA Card can connect to any Ethernet LAN. |
| Multi country approvals : Complying
with the European CTR21 standard, the MC220 Card has an integrated line
interface: it can be used anywhere in the world without requiring any
user adjustments. |
| It can accept two connectors on the same panel, enabling both the PSTN/LAN connection kit to be connected simultaneously. |
